CLH is the second phase of Stepping Stone Rehabilitation Center. Upon completion of the 4 month program at the Recovery Residence, men can move into Independent Living.

Chip Lynch house Facilities
Stepping Stone now operates an eight unit apartment building in the city of College Park. The facility offers the following:
- Furnished 2 bedroom apartments
- Laundry facilities on premises
- Power and gas included in rent
- Cable and phone not included
- $125 per week
- Residents must bring their own linens and dinnerware
Resident Expectations
ILR is designed to help men get their lives back on track. Residents will be expected to:
- Maintain full time employment
- Take periodic, random drug tests
- Be active in NA, AA and/or CA
- Keep current with the rent
