Stepping Stone Rehabilitation Center

Our clients come to Stepping Stone by referral from many sources including:

• Hospitals
• Treatment Centers
• Government Agencies
• Individuals (with consideration)

Potential residents are assessed and evaluated by an in-person interview, by appointment, with a member of our staff.  Admission to Stepping Stone is based on an individual's commitment to recovery and willingness to follow our program

We are located in Embarcadero Club Apartments in College Park Georgia.  Each apartment has three bedrooms and two full baths.  There are two men per bedroom. 

The Embarcadero Club Apartments provide such amenities as:

• Swimming Pool
• Club House with exercise facilities
• Central Laundry
• Excellent grounds-keeping and maintenance. 

Public transportation is at the main entrance of our facility.  Residents may operate privately owned vehicles provided they are properly licensed and insured.

Residents should bring:

• personal toiletries and clothing
• sufficient money for incidentals (bus/rail transportation, cigarettes, laundry, etc.)
• small electronics (alarm clocks, radios, music players)

On a case-by-case basis, dual diagnosis clients may be accepted provided they are stable, on any necessary medications and are adequately addressing such problems with outside professional help.  However, those who are severely disturbed, have a history of violent behavior, or who are unlikely to be able to appropriately interact socially within our community cannot be accepted.
